Hosting and server logs
This website is served from a server in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). The web server records the requested page, time, IP address and browser identification in a log for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR); logs are deleted after 14 days. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain; no third-party resources are loaded without your consent.
Trial and demo request form
If you submit the trial or demo form we process the details you enter (company, name, e-mail, preferred subdomain, plan, team size, use case, message) together with the time of submission and your IP address, in order to answer your request and set up a trial tenant. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR), which you give with the checkbox and can withdraw at any time by e-mail to hello@nomadvault.de; withdrawal does not affect processing before it. The data is stored on our server in the EU and a notification is sent through our e-mail service provider Resend, Inc. (USA) under a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses. We delete the request 12 months after the last contact unless a contract follows.
Google Analytics
Only if you accept the cookie banner we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) with Consent Mode and IP anonymisation to measure how the site is used (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent below at any time.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to us by e-mail we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6 (1) b or f GDPR). Incoming mail is stored in a mailbox of our provider STRATO AG (Germany) and deleted once the request is closed and no retention obligation applies.
Support portal and help centre
The support portal at support.nomadvault.de is operated by us on a server in the EU and has its own privacy notice, available there.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate. Contact: hello@nomadvault.de.
